Who we are

Construction Marketing Team ("we", "us") provides marketing services to construction businesses. This policy explains what we collect from visitors to constructionmarketingteam.com, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information.

Information you give us. If you start a chat with us, email us, or call us, we keep what you send — typically your name, your contact details, and whatever you tell us about your business. We keep it so we can answer you and, if you become a customer, so we can do the work.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser, the pages you look at, and the site that sent you. This is used to understand how the site is used and to keep it working.

Text messages and phone numbers

If you give us your phone number, we may use it to reply to you about your enquiry and, if you are a customer, about your account and the work we are doing for you.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

• We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
• You can stop at any time. Reply STOP to any text and we will not text you again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at caleb@constructionmarketingteam.com.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Message frequency varies depending on what you have asked us about.

How we use what we collect

• To answer you when you get in touch.
• To provide and run the services a customer has signed up for.
• To send service and account messages.
• To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
• To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that run parts of our business for us — for example the customer-relationship platform we use to manage enquiries, our website host, and our analytics provider. They may only use it to provide that service to us.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We use them to keep the site working and to understand which pages people find useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we need them for the purposes described above, and for as long as the law requires us to keep them. When we no longer need them, we delete them. If you want your information removed sooner, email us and we will do it wherever we are able to.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email caleb@constructionmarketingteam.com and we will respond.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR — including the right to know what we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. Email us and we will honour any right that applies to you. We will not treat you differently for exercising one.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
